40% Nonunion in upper half, with false movement, with loss of bone substance (1 inch or more) and marked deformity (major extremity)
30% Nonunion in upper half, with false movement, with loss of bone substance (1 inch or more) and marked deformity (minor extremity)
30% Nonunion in upper half, with false movement, without loss of bone substance or deformity (major extremity)
20% Nonunion in upper half, with false movement, without loss of bone substance or deformity (minor extremity)
20% Nonunion in lower half (major extremity)
10% Nonunion in lower half (minor extremity)
10% Malunion of, with bad alignment (either extremity)

Ulna = forearm bone on pinky side. Nonunion = bone fragments fail to heal. False movement = unstable movement at fracture. Malunion = bone heals in wrong position. Upper half = closer to elbow. Lower half = closer to wrist. Major extremity = dominant arm.
