10% 1-3 episodes of mouth, hands, of feet involvement (but don’t impair their functions) a year that required systemic medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressives, antihistamines, or sympathomimetics) to control; **OR** no episodes due to continuous use of systemic medication for control.
