Rating Criteria
| Rating | Criteria |
|---|---|
| 30% | Sprain, incomplete ligament tear, or complete ligament tear (repaired, unrepaired, or failed repair) with persistent instability AND medical provider prescribes BOTH assistive device AND bracing for ambulation |
| 20% | Sprain, incomplete ligament tear, or complete ligament tear (repaired, unrepaired, or failed repair) with persistent instability AND medical provider prescribes EITHER assistive device OR bracing for ambulation |
| 10% | Sprain, incomplete ligament tear, or complete ligament tear (repaired, unrepaired, or failed repair) with persistent instability WITHOUT prescription for assistive device or bracing |
