100% Concentric contraction of visual field to 5 degrees or less in both eyes
70% Concentric contraction of visual field 6-15 degrees in both eyes
50% Concentric contraction of visual field 16-30 degrees in both eyes
30% Concentric contraction of visual field 31-45 degrees in both eyes OR loss of temporal half or inferior half of visual field bilaterally OR homonymous hemianopia
10% Concentric contraction of visual field 46-60 degrees OR unilateral loss of visual field section OR scotoma affecting at least one-fourth of the visual field
