Start with the right transcript

Joint Services Transcript: Start with JST for Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard training records and applicable ACE recommendations.
CCAF and Air University records: Use the Air University transcript request guidance for ordering and help with your record. If you attended a CCAF course through another service and it is missing, the same page explains how to ask the registrar for assistance.
Other colleges or training: Ask the institution that issued the record how to send an official copy. Your school may need more than one transcript.

Review military recommendations in the ACE Military Guide. Confirm the course or occupation, dates and recommendation version with your evaluator. Ask your school which official records it requires and how to request a degree-specific review. Record references here rather than uploading a transcript with personal information.

Ordering a transcript does not confirm delivery, school receipt or a credit award. Keep the order receipt and ask the school to confirm receipt separately.
